I am a former third grade 1:1 iPad classroom teacher. I have been a huge advocate for 1:1 iPads in every classroom. iPad technology in the classroom is a powerful tool for learning and teaching. The differentiation, collaboration, innovation, and sheer inspiration that this device provides makes for a very engaging learning and teaching experience! I piloted the 1:1 iPad program at the primary level for my school district and the journey was amazing! I had great training and coaching which led to huge successes for me and my students! As a result we have more 1:1 iPad classrooms in our district at the primary level! Young students showed just how capable they can be with the right training and technology! I love to share my experiences of this exciting journey with others! Starting this 2017-2018 school year I will begin the next chapter in my career as an instructional technology coach. The life long learning continues!!
