Many of us understand the necessity of connecting as educators, but we're not always sure how to make that happen for our students. In this session, we'll explore first steps to connecting our classrooms using tools such as Google Hangouts, Skype, Twitter, blogs, and virtual learning trips. Topics will include modeling transparency, digital citizenship, classroom exemplars, and how to communicate with stakeholders the importance of connecting our kids!
