David Fringer is in his 11th year serving the parents, students, and staff of the Council Bluffs Community School District. Previously David worked at Green Hills AEA as Supervisor of Assessment & Data Management and as a teacher in the Omaha Public Schools. In 2008, Council Bluffs Schools began the first of two strategic plans aimed at creating a technology infrastructure and culture to accelerate teaching and learning. The Council Bluffs Community School District is a Google EDY system using Chromebooks and G-Suite and the core for productivity and instruction. The District is 1:1 in grades 2-12. David is passionate about compassionate leadership, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and culture. He is a certified teacher with the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute.
